After nearly a decade of work in the private and cooperative sectors, followed by more than 25 years in public administration\u2014as well as in regional, national and European policy, and cooperation across Southeast Europe\u2014 I am launching Emmanouil Review as an independent space for reflection and dialogue.<\/p>\n
Here, We will share analyses, articles and ideas on Europe, the Balkans and the Mediterranean through a progressive lens that seeks solutions, equitable partnerships, good practices and new untapped opportunities for our wider region.<\/p>\n
In addition to my own contributions, this website<\/a> will also feature updates and texts from partners, scholars, institutions and members of progressive movements in Southeast Europe.\u00a0Send articles and news to the email “thessgeor@yahoo.gr<\/a>”<\/p>\n The European Principles of subsidiarity, federalism and multilevel collaborative governance\u2014linking public, private, academic and civil society actors at local, regional, national and European levels\u2014together with the universal and European Values of fundamental human and social rights, sustainable development, cohesion and peaceful coexistence, will serve as the progressive compass of this platform.<\/p>\n I am also pleased to announce that my forthcoming book, \u201cThe Progressive Voice of Southeast Europe,\u201d (From Inequalities to Convergence \u2013 Towards Sustainable Development, Cohesion and Democratic Governance) will be published in 2026, with selected excerpts appearing here on the website.<\/p>\n My aim is to contribute to an open, meaningful, interdisciplinary and socially beneficial public dialogue.<\/p>\n Thank you for being here at this new
